We’ve used these guys for years, they’re knowledgable, efficient and most importantly they’re honest. They can work on just about any  appliance from a Viking range to a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Best of all – they’ll tell you when you should replace a unit instead of repairing it and to me that’s definitely worth a service call to find out. They’ve recommended reliable replacement appliance brands (they don’t sell appliances) and all their recommendations have been spot on. I really value their expertise. I’ve used Lerman several times and have been very happy with their services every time.  It’s a family business and there is family involved at every level – and the good service lets you know they really care.  They are not the cheapest but I do believe they are the best.  The office is professional and friendly, the technicians are on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable.  I have a very old Sub-O fridge that they have fixed.  First the freezer died a couple years ago and they put in new parts and its perfect; and most recently the refrigerator side failed and they had to put in new parts for that side (Sub-0 is like two separate units) and now I have a fridge that is like new.  So glad I didn’t have to buy a new one!

I had a faulty freezer in my Sub-zero. Noticed it at 2 pm​, called Lerman soon thereafter​. Elia was there at 6 pm​ that evening and our freezer was back in business at 645pm. It required diagnostics, a new motor, ​and a cleaning. Fast, efficient and reasonable. I called Michelle at their office the next morning to clear up a small billing concern and it was cleared up immediately​. First time using them, but not the last.
